This Shipping Policy describes how your purchased item will be shipped to you, after when you visit or make a purchase from jgbike.com (the “Site”).

We ship to US/UK/AU and 20+ EU countries directly.

 

We ship the item depending on your locations and we try to expand our domestic shipping service as we can.

• Standard shipping from domestic fulfillment center takes 3-5 days arrive;
• Express shipping from domestic fulfillment center takes 1-3 days arrive;
• Standard shipping from manufacture fulfillment center takes 10-25 days arrive;
• Express shipping from manufacture fulfillment center takes 5-10 days arrive;

All shipment will have a tracking number provided to your order and you will be notified through emails.
